Baldur’s Gate 3 spot # 1 weighs around 2.18 GB and consists of over a thousand bug fixes, not to discuss many balancing and flow improvements. Here’s a highlight of the balance modifies:
- Made gold bounties more generous in a number of containers across the video game.

- Fixed an issue where multiple rolls activate if you stroll along the edge of a cone of vision.
- Danse Macabre ghouls will no longer eliminate you when you Long Rest.
- If you make an effective Saving Throw versus a poison, you will now get immunity to that particular poison for 2 turns.
- Grym now deals more damage in Tactician Mode.
- Meenlocks are now immune to the shadow curse.
- Helped Minthara keep in mind how to use her weapons.

Some of the bug repairs delivered by Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch # 1 consist of NPCs now being unable to find you when they truly shouldn’t have the ability to, floating products now following the laws of gravity, and the conclusion to Shadowheart’s romance scene now correctly setting off for everybody. Additionally, kissing contact in cutscenes has been enhanced for brief races.
Much more fascinating is that Larian says Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch # 2 is ‘around the corner’ and will include ‘substantial’ performance improvements. It would be specifically welcome if they deal with the CPU optimization or lack thereof that is most obvious during Act 3. On the other hand, Larian shared some upgraded gamer engagement figures. Users have played over 200 million hours of the video game because launch, equating to around 22K years.
In other Baldur’s Gate 3 news, Larian CEO Swen Vincke revealed a few hours ago that the video game will deliver to Xbox Series S and X this year thanks to Microsoft’s concession to eliminate the split-screen co-op function from the Series S version.
